Company History
In November 1990, George Lee founded his computer business under the name of "George A. Lee, Computer Consultant". He operated out of the back bedroom/converted to office of his house.

Other than a 2- year hiatus of shared office space at 205 West Alameda, his business has always operated from 1308 East Alameda, Roswell, New Mexico. The business acquired its own office building and workshop space in October 1994 at that same address.

In 1993, the name of the business was changed to OIC Computer Services. OIC Computer Services trouble shoots and repairs computer hardware and software, as well as teaches clients how to use and to make better use of their equipment. It repairs and designs and installs computer systems for both personal and business use.

In 1996, OIC Computer Services started selling and servicing Cyberstar computers, Okidata printers and AT&T office telephone systems.

In 2004, OIC Computer Services started building customized computer systems and office networking systems from market components. A customized system enables the client to get an exact electronic fit to his/her unique requirements.

Despite two heart attacks and a triple by-pass, George Lee continued the business. By the end of 2005, he was struggling to keep going, despite health issues. Finally, in November 2006, he sold the business to a young, bright and energetic young man who will continue the tradition of integrity and honesty and service of OIC Computer Services.

The new owner, Allyn J. Grant, was handpicked by George Lee to carry OIC Computer Services into the 21st century. Allyn J. Grant is the next generation of OIC Computer Services. He brings a fresh perspective and new vision to the business and will continue to serve southeastern New Mexico's computer sales, consulting, repair and troubleshooting needs.
