Computer Services
OIC charges vary from on-site hourly to a flat-charge in-shop service. All of OIC's service plans are LABOR ONLY. Parts if needed, are extra. The following outlines OIC Rates:

Flat $75.00 plus parts and tax for in-shop service. This charge applies to however long it takes to repair and/or diagnose your computer problem.

$85.00 per hour (one hour minimum for new customers and 1/2 hour minimum for repeat customers) at customer's place of business or home (where the computer is located) plus parts and applicable tax.

$75.00 per hour plus tax FLAT Service Retainer Agreement purchased in advance in blocks of 10 or more hours. If the work is to be performed in-shop (OIC's), then ONE hour will be deducted from this plan to apply to the Flat In-Shop price. Again, repair/replacement/add-on parts are extra. SRA expires one year from invoice date.


OIC will not charge travel time except in extreme circumstances such as more than 40 mile radius from OIC's base of operations (office).
